Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

As silver award holders, we promote the benefits of employing those who have served to employers nationwide and assist hundreds of service leavers in finding employment each year. As a business 100% of our work force either have previously served full time, are active reservists, or are military spouses. We offer an extra 10 days paid leave to all reservists. We work with military charities and support them financially by fundraising as well as supporting their customers in finding employment. We speak with the companies we work with and encourage them to sign the Armed Forces Covenant.
