Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
GalloGlas Group's MD is a Veteran himself and is fully committed to the Armed Forces Covenant, with a guarantee that any current serving forces family member will be promised an interview for future positions without question. With just under 50% of our staff being veterans and or members of the reserved/cadet force instructors, our AFC promise lives without asking and the working environment is second to none. Time off to attend any family military fulfilment is met without question, and we would go one further in saying that being a member of the Reserves or serving forces family member would be looked more favourably on interview. Our MD is the current Chairman of the South of Scotland Royal Signals Association and we have very tight relationship with the local Veterans Garden which is an amazing local charity and we expect our working family to be involved in building this relationship.
