A few of our specific commitments:

  • We will promote our support for employing current military personnel and veterans
  • We will continuously review if we can potentially offer flexible working initiatives, unpaid leave, flexible holidays or alternative employment in another location to support our employees and their families due to Service deployment or their commitment to being Reservists.
  • We will raise awareness internally for our colleagues to potentially choose local cadet units or other military charities for donations or voluntary work.
