Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
If you are a member of RAF, Royal Navy or Army Reserve the company will recognise the commitment made by you and in such circumstances pay whilst undertaking your annual training is at the company’s discretion but the following guidelines will normally apply: after three months of your employment, you will receive full basic salary for a maximum of five days' absence and you may take a further five days as unpaid leave.
We support Armed forces day and encourages Reservists to come to work in military uniform.
Special leave may be granted to Spouses of military personnel when the serving person is deployed on operations, the special leave is not guaranteed however it is given a high priority and all possible measures are taken to ensure that the special leave can be approved. If granted employee will receive full basic salary for a maximum of five days' absence and may take a further five days as unpaid leave.
