​Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Our pledge is to promote and support the fair treatment of those who serve in the Armed Forces and their families. To follow through with this we will: seek to provide support to reputable ‘service-friendly’ agencies; actively participate in Armed Forces events through public support on social media; publish an HR policy to take the commitments of Reservists within our organisation into account; and hold briefing days to aid those with an IT or Communications background, and a positive security clearance, as a way to raise awareness of the opportunities for employment, in addition to giving specific guidance and support during their transition to civilian life.

We recognise the difficulty that people leaving the service can experience in moving into civilian life, whether that’s in the job application process or in dealing with workplace environments.

We want to support the members of our Armed Forces, past, present or future, and their families through education and guidance as well as advertising and promotion.
