Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We commit to helping members of the Armed Forces community transition from military life into a civilian role in construction/civil engineering. We strongly believe in supporting the local military population and appreciate their contribution to both society and to the workplace. We have already demonstrated our commitment by employing ex-military individuals at Hercules in a range of different roles both at Head Office and on-site level. We will provide people with CSCS card training, upskilling opportunities and exposure to working on some of the UK's best projects.
