We seek to uphold the principles and values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

  • We will endeavour to support the employment of Service Spouses and partners by promoting our vacancies in local military communities and by maximising the opportunities presented by the Forces Families Jobs initiative.
  • We will always consider offering an interview to Service Spouses and partners if they meet the selection criteria laid out in a job advert.
  • We will support Service Spouses and partners to work from home where appropriate and look at flexible working opportunities in accordance with our policy.
  • We will support Continuing Professional Development that helps Service Spouses and partners not only in their Interserve role, but will also be of benefit in future employment.
