Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
ISS has long been a keen supporter of our Military and the work they carry out at home and abroad. Jointforces@ISS was launched in 2017 on Remembrance Day, and is the our internal programme designed to support Veterans, Service Leavers and their spouses when transitioning from the Military or changing careers. ISS recognise the skills and attributes that Military personnel and spouses bring to the organisation and wanted to develop a programme that captures and harness these skills and uses them to our advantage. JointForces@ISS in its simplest form is a managed network of ISS colleagues and mentors across our UK business who offer support to our transitioning military personal, through engagement days, internships, opportunities workshops and guidance to list just a few activities.
