Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Joint Security Services recognises the value and significant benefits serving personnel, reservists and military families bring to our business and we are fully committed to upholding the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant.  We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by promoting that we are an armed forces friendly organisation, we also commit to the following:

• Offering all veterans, a guaranteed interview with Joint Security Services.
• Support fully the employment of Service Spouses and partners.
• We will work closely alongside military charities (including, but not limited to SSAFA, AWA, ABF, The British Legion).
• Promoting military charities on our website, newsletters and social media.
• Support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve Forces, including support to training, mobilisation and operation deployments.
• We aim to actively participate in the Armed Forces Day.
• Striving to support the employment of service spouses and partners.

About us

Joint Security Services (JSS) was established 3 years ago by two ex-Army Officers; the company has grown quickly to become a leading provider of Security Services which include Manned Guards, CCTV Controllers, Building Managers and Receptionists, we have major contracts with the UK Government (Ministry of Justice) and across the wider private sector. 

JSS employ a large number of personnel who come from a military background, we trust the values, work ethic and commitment these employees bring to the team to get a job done first time round regardless of the challenge.
