JTI UK recognises the valuable contribution that those within the UK Armed Forces make to their community and the civilian workplace. We are also committed to supporting military spouses and partners. 

As a job seeker we offer the following support:

• We host insights days to support with finding employment, with us or elsewhere. As part of these events we offer an insight into our Company, share opportunities, CV, interview & LinkedIn profile workshops and a complimentary CV review.
• We guarantee an interview if the key criteria has been met and we will share best practice interview support to help prepare for this.

Once you join the Company the support available includes:

• Flexibility for spouses/partners to take time off during times of their partners deployment, injury or during bereavement under various HR policies.
• We encourage work life balance and have flexible working and homeworking policies to complement this.
• We have a very generous Reservists policy.
