Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are keen for our students to benefit from the leadership and world-renowned expertise of our armed forces. In return we will support ex armed forces service personnel to retrain as a teacher and make the transition to the classroom where they can share their expertise with the next generation.
As such we are signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant (Gold Award) and have made a commitment to guarantee interviews for ex armed forces personnel that meet the minimum shortlisting criteria.
We have pledged to ensure that equal opportunities are provided for armed service personnel and their families, both as an employer and an education and training provider, to help them transition into civilian life at the end of their service.
We welcome interest from anyone who is leaving or has left full-time employment in the British Army, Royal Air Force or Royal Navy ideally in the last five years.
