Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We at Magna House pledge:

• we are an armed forces-friendly organisation
• support the employment of veterans and service leavers
• offer flexibility in leave for service spouses and partner before, during and after deployment
• support reservist employees, allowing leave for training and deployment
• to signpost to relevant support agencies, utilise armed forces charities and promote our armed forces communities where possible. 

About us

Magna House aims to provide a safe therapeutic environment in which the dedicated team will place our patients at the centre of all care planning and implementation. The desired outcome for all patients referred and admitted to Magna House is to receive effective care to support the long-term stability of their mental health and support them to fully transition back to community life equipped with skills and appropriate medical plans to keep themselves safe and well. Each individual has their own bedroom with en-suite facilities, along with communal living facilities including lounge, dining and kitchen areas. In total the cottages can accommodate up to 18 patients.
