Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

ManpowerGroup UK is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans and military families bring to our organisation. We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

• Promoting the armed forces through supporting events such as Armed Forces Week
• Supporting the employment of service leavers and veterans through our own business and via CTP
• Endeavouring to offer flexible working opportunities to spouses when their partners are on operation
• Providing paid time off for training for operational staff who are members of the Reserves
• Working with the Families Federations to support employment outcomes of spouses and family members
• Identifying alternative
• Seeking relocation opportunities for spouses where possible in the event of a partner’s posting
• Raising money for charities linked to the Armed Forces such as our current support for the Royal British Legion.
