Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Marsh is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans and military families bring to our organisation. We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

• Striving to support the employment of Service spouses and partners
• Endeavouring to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment
• Seeking to support our colleagues who choose to be members of the Reserve forces, including by accommodating their training and deployment where possible; including an additional 8 days paid leave
• Aiming to actively participate in Armed Forces Day
• Continuing to support Remembrance activities at the Tower of London by providing time for our colleagues to volunteer at the Tower during this time
• Actively promoting a matched giving initiative for those colleagues who wish to raise money for Service charities 
• Provide all necessary assistance for any Wounded, Injured and Sick service leavers, whether that be for a physical injury or otherwise.
