Mindset Solutions International is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans, and military families bring to our organisation. We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

•  Consider offering an interview to spouses/partners if they meet the selection criteria laid out in a job advert.
•  Encourage staff to apply for other suitable positions within Mindset Solutions on relocation when appropriate. 
•  Offer to support spouses and partners to work from home where appropriate and look at flexible working opportunities. 
•  Support training and development which helps staff not only in their Mindset Solution's role but will also be of benefit in future employment.
•  Look sympathetically on requests for leave before, during or after a partner’s deployment according to Mindset Solution's policy
•  Grant special paid leave for employees who are bereaved or whose loved ones are injured.

We also work with inmates during their time in prison to find a new path out of the cycle of crime and help to educate and motivate them to further their education or learn new skills in prison  that will help them find a job and contribute to the society when they leave prison.
