M4H is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans and military families can bring to our organisation. 

• We always consider offering an interview to spouses/partners if they meet selection criteria.
• We support spouses/partners to work from home if appropriate and consider flexible working opportunities.
• We encourage and support training and development which helps staff and volunteers not only in their role, but will also be of benefit in future employment.
• We look sympathetically on requests for leave before, during or after a partner’s deployment.
• We promote our commitment to the Armed Forces community to our suppliers and partners.

About us

Models for Heroes (M4H) provide model making supplies to over 50 serving Military, Veteran and Emergency Services treatment organisations around the UK and overseas territories - utilising over 100 national volunteers. We also take referrals, from recognised professionals, on behalf of those unable to attend modelling sessions. Model making activities promote confidence, well-being, behavioural activation and social interaction.
