At NHBC (National House Building Council) our primary purpose is raising construction standards of new homes in the United Kingdom and providing consumer protection for homebuyers through our 10 year Buildmark warranty. We have a solid commitment to helping builders create high quality homes that meet our minimum standards. As a non-profit distributing business, without shareholders, we are able to invest in a range of activities to support this.
