Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
SCW understands the value that employing members of the armed forces community can bring, for both an organisation and the individual, and we are passionate about supporting service leavers and their families to find work with us.
As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and having pledged our commitment to the Step into Health programme, we are proud of our continued work to support the forces community. We hold the Silver ERS award and are currently working towards achieving Gold, reflecting our dedication to the wider armed forces agenda and to our promise that those who serve or have served, and their families, are treated fairly.
About us
SCW is an NHS organisation providing support and transformation services to health and care systems, helping our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for people, communities, and populations. Roles within the NHS are not just for clinicians. SCW offers a wide range of job roles that do not necessarily require a clinical background or experience of working in healthcare such as Digital, Project Management or Human Resource roles.
With office locations across the south and opportunities for hybrid working across the UK our 1600 dedicated staff cover a wide area. With deep roots in the health and social care system, we have a clear perspective on both current and future challenges, and a passion for supporting our customers to address them and helping to improve patient outcomes.
