Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are Gold Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) award holders, awarded in 2020. We offer paid leave for reservists and offer different employee support programmes.
We host an Armed Forces Covenant Partnership Officer and facilitate the Northamptonshire AFC website. We host the quarterly meetings of the Northamptonshire AFC partnership and organise a yearly county conference. The AFC Partnership Officer organises informal get-togethers for reservists, veterans and family members employed by the Council.
