Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
PA has a long association with the Armed Forces and currently employs c200 plus veterans and service leavers. All of these have established their place and role in the company and have actively advanced their career aspirations. PA is very supportive and recognises the benefits that service leavers bring to the business. We provide support to Career Transition Partnership, regularly contribute to career-fairs and are establishing an internal network for veterans and reservists. The network offers collective transition support to service leavers joining PA, aids service leavers’ recruitment, supports business development, promotes volunteering and supports military charities. PA has been instrumental in shaping and supporting Women in Defence and is proud to see its impact. PA recognises the importance of diverse teams and the impact that they can have - the work of Women in Defence across the defence enterprise is truly incredible for the sector. PA continues to provide support and celebrates the incredible achievements of those making a difference in the defence and security sectors.
