* We promote the fact that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation - please see www.pervade-software.com/about to see examples. * We support the employment of veterans - we have 8 employees in the company and 3 of them are veterans (1 ex-Army, 1 ex-Royal Marine and 1 ex-RAF). * We support the employment of service spouses and partners - we have 2 spouses in the company. * We are fully prepared to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment (although the need has not arisen yet). * We support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces - we actively promote the Reserve Forces to our staff and to our customers and suppliers. Our Managing Director is Honorary Colonel of a Reserve Unit in Cardiff (53 Signal Squadron, Royal Corps of Signals) and our Marketing Director is a civilian instructor at the same Unit. Please see www.pervade-software.com/news-archive dated April 2019 for an example of us blending our corporate activities with promotion of the Reserves. * We have been involved in Armed Forces Day and Reserves Week each year. * We are posted on Veteran Owned Businesses and we offer a 50% discount to Armed Forces organisations (as well as charities). * We provide 27 paid days per year for Reservists to train and serve (matching the number of holiday days per year) * We regularly partake in cycle challenges in aid of military charities (Help for Heroes, ABF and RBL). * We sponsor the Cycling Team of the Royal Corps of Signals. * We supported a serving Reservist employee to attend the Warrior Games in Colorado last year. * Our Managing Director is the Chairman of the Regional Employer Engagement Group (REEG) for the Armed Forces in Wales and sits on the Regional Engagement Board for Armed Forces in Wales.
