 As a company who's managing director is an RAF wife I appreciate how hard it is to fit into a working roles when your spouse/partner is on shift work, away on operations or just in and out the country at any time of the year. 

This makes it near on impossible to find work to fit around these times and child care. We at Presssed for Time will always:

• Offer an interview for the candidate if they fit the criteria for the position available. 
• Offer on job training and salary that is above the national pay rate. 
• Are sympathetic to situations where spouse/partner has to leave quickly, we can always change your rota to help this situation. 
• Offer time off to work around child care/school holidays were we can. 
• Offer hours to work around child care/school holidays. 
• Time away from work is always offered when a spouse/partner is returning from a period of time abroad
• Time off is always offered if a spouse/partner has been injured and being bought back home.

About us

We are a local company based in Oxfordshire near RAF Brize Norton. The Company was started 4 years ago and now we employ over 20 staff of RAF dependants and civilians, this nunber goes up in the summer months. We cover a radius of up to 10 - 15 miles and clean domestic houses, offices, end of tenancy and military march out cleans.
