Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
RFS solely exists to support the wives and partners of our Armed Forces into work. We are currently supporting over 2,500 military wives partners and husbands with career support. We have over 6,000 military spouses registered, looking for work on our website.
We support Military spouses with career support, advancement and most importantly we create jobs specifically for spouses. Our military liquid workforce has in the last two years created over 100,000 hours of home based flexible work for military spouses.
Our team is made up of entirely military spouses and we have a veteran on our team.
75% of the spouses we support into work have not worked for over 5 years.
We have won multiple National awards for our work promoting the Armed Forces Covenant to business most recently, the Natwest top 100 Social enterprise, Timewise leading 50 in social enterprise.
We encourage all of our clients to sign the AFC.
Our Career and Coaching Academy launched in 2017 when we realised more needed to be done to assist spouses, Veterans and Commonwealth candidates into work. Our purpose is to provide them with the tools to develop, grow and gain confidence in the workplace. We work in collaboration with progressive, supportive businesses to develop and provide tailored coaching, mentoring, training and job preparation, supporting to help them back into fulfilling employment. The Academy is free to use, and bespoke to each person.
