SALCS Installations is committed to supporting those who not only signed the oath of allegiance to HM the Queen, but also the families linked.  SALCS will do what it can, to support, attend and monitor it's commitment to the AFC.

• We will always consider offering an interview to spouses/partners if they meet the selection criteria laid out in a job advert.
• We will support training and development which helps staff not only in their SALCS Installations role, but will also be of benefit in future employment.
• We will look sympathetically on requests for leave before, during or after a partner’s deployment according to SALCS Installations policy.
• We will grant special paid leave for employees who are bereaved or whose loved ones are injured.

Established in 2009 with just two employees SALCS Installations has now grown significantly into a company which boasts a host of highly qualified experts ranging from engineers to project managers. Based in the East Midlands, SALCS are ideally positioned to cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. We pride ourselves on our bespoke installations skills.
