Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

• Sparta Security ethos is to support and offer employment opportunities to all Service personnel, their spouse/partners and family.
• We have an Armed Forces Network supporting employees who are Reservists, Veterans and spouses/partners.

• Sparta Security do offer an additional 5 days leave to Reservists employees and we actively support them during times of mobilisation and demobilisation.
• We would actively support CFAV's and offer 5 days additional leave plus unpaid leave if required.

• Sparta Security employ an internal mentor/advisor to aid their transition into civilian life who is himself a veteran so fully understands the transition process.
• We actively work with CTP and regularly attend career fairs.
• Over 80 % of our present workforce are either service leavers, veterans or spouses/partners which speaks for itself in our commitment to the CTP.
• Sparta would offer flexible working hours and allow unlimited time off during deployment, injury or bereavement.
