Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
SRC UK currently holds the Gold award and issued a pledge to commit to honour the covenant and support the Armed Forces community. We have pledged that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation and that we seek to support the employment of veterans young and old in order to establish a tailored employment pathway for service leavers. In the same vein, we have pledged to support the employment of all members of the Armed Forces community – whether that be partners or children of both those that are serving and veterans; for those still serving we will strive to support the employment of service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
We aim to enhance understanding of the military way of life with our non-military employees and look to participate in and support local military events. Finally, SRC UK has a philanthropic focus towards military community as listed in our core values.
About us
SRC UK specialises in Operational Support of the UK defence community via Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) analysis and engineering. Our engineers assist the programming of current and next generation electronic detection and protection systems; test the performance of these systems with live, virtual and constructive recreations of tactical environments, and train personnel on tactics for countering real world threats. Working directly with military and industry partners, and our own multi-national SRC family, solving the challenging issues of next generation mission data development.
