Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Telent has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, we are an ERS Silver company and have the support of both our CTP Employment Relationship Manager and MoD Regional Employer Engagement Director. We are putting new processes in place to allow us to build on this and go for our Gold award by 2023 at the very latest. Telent has employed at least 37 service leavers in the last 12 months along with family members too and we are also supporters of Adult Cadet Force and Reservists, our group Employee Relationship Manager is the wife of a serving member of the RAF and is also very active in our service leaver recruitment.
About us
Telent is an IT and Telecoms Systems Integration company operating across the whole of the UK and Republic of Ireland within what are commonly referred to as Critical National Infrastructure environments. We have 3 main divisions within Telent, Rail and Transport with customers such as Network Rail, Transport for London and Highways England, Infrastructure Services which focuses on our Fibre City projects and BT Openreach contracts and finally Network Services which covers our Defence, Government, Emergency Services, Nuclear, Service Provider and other Public Sector customers.
