Thames Valley Police have been awarded the Gold Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. We are committed to equality and inclusion and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, skills and experience into the TVP Family. We currently have over 20 active reservists and several hundred veterans who currently work for TVP, We host a reservists network to support and connect as well as a network of 8 armed forces champions who advocate armed forces internally and externally. These networks support both officers and staff who have served or have an interest in the military
We have a large variety of departments to fit with different skills and careers from frontline officer roles to HR, finance to criminal justice and Marketing to ICT. All roles are eligible to apply for flexible working and we have a number of part time roles or job share roles available to those who need further flexibility.
