The Bridge

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

The Bridge (East Midlands) is committed to supporting both prospective candidates and its employees.  Any prospective candidate unsure about applying for a job can have an confidential, informal discussion with the manager of the service to explore whether the opportunity is the right one for them.  The organisation has simplified the application process, and whilst all online, the form is easy to complete and offers guidance around the content to be included.

Once employed, all staff are supported by a caring management team who will ensure that each individuals needs are catered for.  The organisation provides an enhanced benefits package to all employees; annual leave starts at 37 days (including bank holidays) for FTE staff, full sick pay for 13 weeks after passing your probation, and commitment from the organisation to your training and continued professional development.  A family friendly organisation where you will get the flexibility to balance you work and home life, whilst ensuring the needs of the employee, organisation and the clients we work with, are met.
