Having worked with the Armed Forces since our inception in 1998 we know the benefit of working with highly trained and motivated people and the contribution they can provide. We understand the need to provide a supportive environment to former serving members and those closest to serving and former serving members.
With over half of our Company being former serving members of the forces we strive to develop a motivational environment in which all of our staff can participate and thrive.
About us
The Colleges’ Partnership are a joint venture organisation, formed by a well established relationship between Wiltshire College and University Centre, and Bridgwater and Taunton College. We deliver apprenticeships and professional qualifications across a number of areas, including the Armed Forces and NHS. We deliver Functional Skills and Apprenticeships to the Royal Signals, Infantry and Army Air Corps across several standards and have staff posted throughout the UK and Cyprus, supporting over 14,000 apprentices since 2005. Our company is made up of assessors, tutors, mentors and business support functions. We pride ourselves on our values of honesty and openness, integrity and respect, teamwork, and excellence as our achievements demonstrate. As a provider of education we firmly believe in the continuous professional and personal development of our staff and encourage all staff to develop themselves throughout their career.
