Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

TPO is committed to honouring the Armed Forces Covenant and supporting the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country. We aim to demonstrate this commitment by advertising our vacancies in the Armed Forces Community, including attending local job fairs aimed at the Armed Forces Community. We therefore welcome applications from the Armed Forces Community and recognise the transferable military skills. We employ several military dependants in flexible post which recognises the nature of their spouse’s military commitment.  In addition to our normal holiday allowance, we have the option to purchase an additional week of holiday and offer flexibility in granting holidays when a partner is due to deploy. We actively participated in Armed Forces Day 2019 and are committed to participating in future events.

The Property Ombudsman provides a free, impartial and independent service, helping to resolve disputes between Consumers and Property Agents. It is the largest Ombudsman scheme in the sector and the only one to operate Codes of Practice to raise standards and share best practice in the industry. It is a not-for-profit organisation and has been providing a free and impartial dispute resolution service since 1990.
