TMS Support Solutions Ltd (TMS), in Grantham, Lincolnshire, were one of 11 Gold Award Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) winners in the East Midlands last year 2021 and one of just 140 in the UK.
TMS employ a large number of Veterans with the specific knowledge and skills needed to produce their highly technical manuals. But by signing the Armed Forces Covenant and submitting for the ERS Award, TMS have gone one step beyond to demonstrate their support for the broader Armed Forces community.

TMS Support Solutions Ltd is based in Grantham, Lincolnshire with satellite offices in Newcastle and Harlow. It has been a leading independent provider of Through-Life Support Services since 1991 delivering its capability through some 35 suitably qualified and experienced ex-service personnel with additional surge capacity through trusted associates; enabling TMS to remain agile and able to respond to customer requirements in a quick and efficient manner.

TMS has worked extensively with the UK MOD and many of the world’s leading Defence companies. This, combined with our expert knowledge of regulation and standards means we are ideally positioned to support organisations in gaining approval and certification for innovative new products or systems or to improve the ongoing assurance management of in-service systems.
