Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are committed to the Armed Forces Covenant (Gold ERS award holders) and have the military at the core of what we do. As a company founded by veterans, we understand the inherent needs of the service community. We support our reservist employees with up to 10 days additional paid leave to carry out their AF reserve commitment’s and offer flexible and remote working options. We actively recruit from the Armed Forces Community and we support and assist the cadet forces. As a small company we follow a family business ethos and are understanding of the challenges involved in living a service life. We are flexible and understanding with our staff juggling service commitments, deployments and postings with day-to-day family life.
About us
Ubi-Tech was established in 2012, co-founded by former members of the British Armed Forces to provide resettlement training for Armed Forces leavers wishing to start a second career in the telecommunications industry by helping them attain a university accredited qualification which is a Post Graduate Certificate in Wireless Communications. Our unique, leading edge programme specialises in radio, wireless, cellular, 4th Generation (LTE), Internet of Things and Wi-Fi technologies and is accredited by the University of Wolverhampton. We deliver our training for those eligible via ELC funding.
