Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We pledge to do our best to encourage forces family members and service leavers to work for us – in return, we’ll look to offer the best support, learning and development opportunities to help you transition into civilian life and/or start a new career. We’ll look to prioritise applications from forces families and service leavers (where possible) to fast-track through to interview stage. We’ll also look to open up work placement opportunities too, to help spouses and service leavers gain relevant experience which may even support their current training or qualifications. We strongly believe those in the military possess so many strong attributes which would align with our values. Therefore we want to invest our time and efforts into supporting their transition the best we can.
