Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Wace Morgan Solicitors recognises the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families can bring to our business. Wace Morgan will seek to support the employment of veterans young and old, Service spouses and Partners and Serving Reservists. We will endeavour to offer an interview to Forces Community applicants if they meet the selection criteria as set out in the job advertisement. While this would not guarantee employment it gives the opportunity of a face to face meeting to discuss their skills. Wace Morgan also have unique internal policies covering our personnel who are part of the Forces Community, including policies on leave for training, and certain flexibilities for spouses while their partner is mobilised.
