About us
Wivenhoe House Hotel is a 4 star country house hotel with, 40 guest rooms and suites, an 80 cover modern Brasserie and 120 cover banqueting facilities handling corporate functions, weddings, dinning and afternoon tea. The Hotel has a strong CSR Policy of which its Armed Forces Covenant and social responsibility to the community play important roles. The Hotel is also home to the Edge Hotel School and trains Degree students in the practical side of their Hospitality and Events Management Degrees. It is also a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Essex.
