Our Military Trainer, Simon Parsons is a service leaver, now serving as a Reservist and Project Management Trainer here at Wellingtone. Having successfully transitioned from a military career to the project management sector, he possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in translating military experience into civilian terminology. Simon actively assists the Forces community and recognises the significant value that Forces Spouses can bring to the field as Project Professionals, and provides them with targeted guidance, training, and information about opportunities within the profession.
