Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Joint Force Alba signed the Armed Forces Covenant upon formation and has proactively supported the military community since. We are currently an ERS Gold award holder. We employ Veterans and military spouses directly in our business and introduce Veterans to Forces friendly employers in Scotland in the areas of Engineering, IT, Operations and Project Management amongst others. Additionally, we support Veterans, military partners, adult cadet volunteers etc with setting up or running their own business in Scotland through X-Forces Enterprise. We are also sponsors of the Scottish Veterans Awards and support multiple military charities in many ways; financially via donations and through volunteering and fundraising.

About us

Joint Force Alba is a recruitment agency that works exclusively with those who have served in the Armed Forces, either of the UK or other nation, who want to work in Scotland. We introduce them to employers looking to capitalise on the unique experience and high training of ex-Forces. Our client base is mostly private sector but we have worked with charities and some public sector organisations too. Typically, our candidates go into roles in engineering, IT and cyber security, project and operations management, logistics and as operatives. We are Veteran-owned and employ those linked to the military community including partners and family members of serving personnel.
