  Centrica and British Gas are running a fully-paid 9-month Leadership Placement Programme in 2024 – 2025, for Service Leavers, Military Spouses/Partners, Olympians, Paralympians, and High Performing Athletes. We have 20 placements available in various areas of our business. You’ll be assigned a mentor and get involved in real-life business problems. We will build your commercial and industry knowledge. You will learn from the best and if you excel, there is significant opportunity to transition into Centrica as a permanent employee post-placement. We want agile, creative, adaptable individuals who can help us think differently.
