DevelopMentalUK
Mental Health First Aid offers the essential life skill of recognising poor mental health, confidentially supporting an individual in the short term and knowing how to signpost to various options to find the best care for that individual. It improves confidence and understanding of the First Aider, whilst improving organisational culture and reducing stigma and discrimination. We offer the Adult range of courses set by MHFA England (the only social enterprise that has fully certified instructors). Options range from mental health awareness (half day) to our 2 day certified mental health first aid course.
