Due to an internal promotion Landmarc Support Services currently have an opening for an Administration Supervisor to join the team at Wathgill Camp in North Yorkshire.

As the Administration Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive management information to ensure contract delivery.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to meet the customer's needs and can communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels. The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with the ability to lead to team effectively.

Main Responsibilities

To manage a team of people being responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping.

Prioritising own workload in an organised manner while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Oversee the Bidding and Allocation Management System (BAMS) administrators.

To use a variety of office equipment and technology as required.

Use bespoke software and web-based information systems.

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery including wider training estate users such as; the general public and other contractors regarding site usage.

Other duties include;

  • Data capture and analysis
  • Work order reporting and processing
  • Produce and coordinate reports
  • Auditing records
  • Minute taking
  • Manage administration tasks
The Ideal Candidate

Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)/Maximo software (desirable)

Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages

A Level 3 qualification such as NVQ/HND in a Business Management or People Management equivalent (desirable)

Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety - IOSH Managing Safely qualification (desirable)

Effective people skills to assist, engage and work alongside other members of the team

Have a basic understanding of employment law

Experience of communicating with stakeholders and supporting with technical issues

Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
