There are lots of reasons to join Norfolk County Council Adult Social Services. We’ve made some forward-thinking changes to make Norfolk County Council an even better place for our social workers to work. We’ve embraced new ways of working so our social workers can take advantage of great technology and work where they need to.

We’ve created a collaborative environment with strong working relationships with health professionals and partners to achieve better outcomes for the adults we support.

At the core of everything we do is excellent social work. Our ‘Living well’ approach is person-centred, based around a 3-conversation model, which lets our social workers get alongside people to help them live their lives as independently as possible.
