As an Assessor/Trainer in our Engineering department, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing apprentices' skills and guiding them towards success.

As an Assessor/IQA, you will:

  • Provide support and training to learners within their workplace.
  • Assess learners' competence in alignment with industry and qualification standards.
  • Record assessment outcomes accurately.
  • Assist in preparing learners for their End Point Assessment.
  • Maintain meticulous records for candidates using both written and computer-generated formats.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for training and development.
  • Relevant Level 4 or above qualifications in engineering disciplines (essential).
  • Assessor/IQA qualification (essential)
  • Experience within related industries.
  • Additional qualifications or experience in related fields would be beneficial but are not essential.
