  • As an Assistant Contract Manager, your organisational skills are unparalleled and you communicate effectively across all levels to reach targets, provide reports and manage employee records.

  • Your people management skills help you manage expectations and build positive employee relations.

  • Your proactivity comes into play to help deliver productivity targets and client satisfaction

  • Competent IT skills

  • Your strategic outlook helps identify continuous improvements

  • A horticultural qualification and / or relevant experience are required

  • Full UK driving licence
