The Team

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be a core member of the Compliance Catalyst Product Management Team, which sits under the KYC Strategy & UX team. We drive growth for our product Compliance Catalyst, -a data-driven decision engine and risk management platform -, by setting the right customer retention strategy and enable a customer-oriented product lifecycle, from feature conception to deployment and customer enablement. Our team is composed of product strategist, product manager and business analysts who work collaboratively from different international hubs.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that our product evolves aligned to customer needs and our business requirements. You will support our clients in their usage of Compliance Catalyst to ensure that our product is being used effectively to add value to our clients' business. Further you will act as an informed product expert for other internal teams and our customers where the traditional help desk cannot support. Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction and retention. For this role, you bring not only a customer-oriented attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a growth mindset, but also experience translating those skills into business impact for our customers.

The Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in eliciting and validating product requirements based on the information collected from different internal stakeholders and clients with appropriate prioritization and identified dependencies.
  • Assist in writing detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of the system, including business requirements, use cases, functioning and support documentation.
  • Support roadmap planning activities, contribute to the elaboration of release content information or new features and communicate & educate internally on release cycles and scope.
  • Act as a product expert & advocate for technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders and customers. Be an active contributor to knowledge sharing and transfer through for example training sessions.
  • Serve as an escalation point and owner for critical situations. Capture, report, follow-up and communicate on resolution of critical bugs, errors and service incidents.
  • Be supported by and support other senior business analysts, product manager & strategist.

The Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the product management area in a software development environment, ideally in a client facing role. Familiarity with the KYC and Compliance space is viewed favorably.
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain new knowledge. Ability to guide own learning and contribute to domain knowledge building.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team, with a solid sense for setting priorities
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Resilient, creative, motivated, calm balanced character and passionate about achieving results
