The Role - Bartender/Barman

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experience and enthusiastic individual to be part of a team working within a residents bar/lounge area of a high-end, private residential housing estate in the Battersea area. The ideal candidate will be an experience barworker and mixologist with impeccible customer service skills. 

Hours will be 10am to 10pm, 4 days on, 4 days off

 

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming ccustomers to the bar/lounge area. 
  • Checking customers in and out. 
  • Preparing cocktails and other refreshments and snacks. 
  • Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations. 
  • Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer. 
  • Reporting low stock levels to Premium Facilities Host. 
  • Placing orders and maintaining stock levels. 
  • Cleaning the bar, ashing glasses and wiping down surfaces. 
  • Taking card payments. 
  • Verifying age and checking identification. 
  • Cleaning the bar/lounge area before closing time. 
  • Assit with the set-up and running of events. 
  • Liaise with contractors attending the area of repairs, maintenance and servicing. 
  • Ensring compliance with premises licence (in terms of maximum occupancy, bheaviour, noise and anti-social behaviour. 
  • Ensuring all customers in the area are complying with the guest policy. 

 

Skills Required

  • Good level of spoken and written English. 
  • Experience mixologist and bar worker. 
  • Good IT experience and skills. 
  • Great customer service skills.
