Job title: Business Analyst Practitioner

Salary: £54,793-£60,326 (dependent on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:

  • Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
  • Contribute to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis, engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders
  • Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity
  • Facilitate input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective prioritisation of requirements

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • British Computer Society's / IIBA equivalent Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with production of business investment cases and supporting documentation
  • Good business acumen and stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

  • Experience of working within an engineering and/or defence industry
  • ITIL BA Diploma TOGAF
  • Experience of User Centric Design

FalconWorks Architectural Team:

As a Business Analyst Practitioner, you will report into the FalconWorks SDA and respond to business needs raised by the FalconWorks Line of Business, by documenting the business situation, the requirements, and work with the appropriate service delivery teams on the proposed solutions
