Business Support Officer

Job Description

An opportunity to support an IT replacement project across both Children and Adults' Social Care.   A priority for the organisation, the right candidate will have proven excellent organisation and administration skills with the flexibility and experience to manage daily priorities and deliver effective admin support.

Main Responsibilities

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Calendar management to the project team prioritising their time efficiently.
  • Managing a busy inbox with the ability to respond to queries effectively.
  • Organisation and minuting of project Board Meetings to include decision and action tracking.
  • Updating project documentation
The Ideal Candidate

Key skills required to be successful in the role include:

  • Being flexible and adaptable to emerging priorities
  • Confident using M0365 packages
  • Effective listening skills to summarise and highlight key actions and decisions in meetings.
