Job Description

The stunning Wellington College is a public school in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire, England, and we are currently recruiting for a café supervisor for our newly renovated V&A Café. You will have a passion for leadership and work within our team, offering high-level customer service in a busy environment. What you'll do: 

  • Support the café manager to lead, engage, and motivate the team to meet and exceed expectations in all aspects of food and barista service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build valuable long-term relationships with colleagues, customers, and clients.
  • You will work effectively and professionally with others to always ensure the best level of customer service at all times.

What you bring: 

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others 

  • Basic food-handling skills 

  • Experience working within a team with supervisory experience

*Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.
