Recently increased hourly rate to £12.00 an hour plus some great company benefits.

We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hard working Care Workers to cover our Domiciliary and Care Scheme located in Bristol.

No 2 days will be the same. Duties will vary on a day to day basis, we value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. Our staff encourage everyone to go our and interact with the local community, go on day trips and shopping and support them in their own homes. General day to day duties may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, preparing and serving meals, additional activities that support their health and well-being.

A driving license for this role would be preferred due to the need of having to visit different locations.

With a network of branches across the UK, Mears has been providing housing with care support services since 1994.

We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.

As a large provider of social care services, Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.

We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.
